Payment Policy

Payment Procedure: Payments are to be made in full to make a complete/confirm reservation. Payments can be made through Cheque, Demand Draft or paid online (for advance bookings only). Reservations done through cheque or Demand Draft are subject to validity and should be cleared atleast 7 days before the arrival date. The payments made through Cheque/Drafts should be in the name of “Ekam Lodge” (Payable in Gurugram(Gurgaon), in case of Drafts).

Cancellation/Refund Procedure: You may cancel your reservation by sending us an e-mail to bookings@ekamlodge.com with the word “CANCEL” in the subject line and quoting your name and arrival date and booking confirmation number.

Cancellation Charges:

  • 100% refund in case of cancellation 15 days before arrival date(check in time).
  • 50% refund in case of cancellation 7 days before arrival date(check in time).
  • No refund in case of cancellation within 7 days of arrival date(check in time), early checkout, no show or force majeure.

Child Policy:

  • Two children below 7 yrs are complimentary sharing the same bed.
  • Child above 7 yrs is considered as adult.
  • Extra bed [rollaway mattress bed] is Rs 500.

General Policies:

  • Tariff is subject to change without prior notice.
  • Subject to jurisdiction at Nainital.
  • If the travel agent fails to deposit the booking amount as per hotel policies, then guest shall be charged directly.
